Giving Back to Humanity is...

a Muslim-led multicultural effort to feed the poor of downtown Atlanta. Three years ago, a few families and individuals began bringing hot food to serve to less fortunate people who lined up in front of the store-front mosque, Al-Jami on Broad Street. Now, people from all over the Atlanta area bring nutritious hot home/cooked food to serve. Emphasizing healthful balanced meals, which include meats that are acceptable in Muslim beliefs, we serve approximately 350 women, children, and men every Sunday.

We invite volunteers of every faith and culture to join us.

WE NEED AN ATTORNEY

We are looking for a community-minded attorney to join our Board, contributing their expertise to our Program. If you qualify and are interested, please contact Aminah Darden (678-924-0697)
